The location was marvellous and lovely, close to the Pier and seafront and the restaurant. All the staff members were very good and welcoming. Booked standard double room, that was provided with mini fridge and good facilities plus a TV.

The staff were all welcoming. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Adventure Island was marvellous and brilliant. This hotel was in a fairly nice area close enough to the town centre, funfair on the beach front and of course the worlds longest pier, and the waterfront.

For a 4 star hotel everything was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here. The room was reasonably spacious and airy, had a trouser press, a lounge, and a kettle. And it had a lovely view over the sea. All the services were excellent. There were free internet and convenient parking available. The venue was set in a central area close enough to the pier and shops, and the beach and shops and the fair auction. And it was at a walking distance from Southend Pier.
